The DEFENDER OT101 is a conventional photoelectric smoke detector for early smoke detection in open areas. Its optical sensing chamber and built-in processing detect smoke from a wide range of combustion sources. Two LEDs provide 360آ° local alarm visibility. Unpolarized wiring helps reduce connection errors, while insect-resistant screening, drift compensation, and smoothing algorithms support stable operation. The detector includes a twist-on tamper-lock base and supports a remote indicator LED.
